Liability & Indemnity
- ▪ You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
- ▪ In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim, or Rs. 100, whichever is less.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry.
